This screen is used to create a name and address file of memberships flagged as Individual.  If a member is deceased or has a written off loan, they are excluded from the file automatically.  Members can be optionally excluded based on the 3rd-party marketing opt-out flag or CU contact opt-out flag set on the membership.  Use Enter to crate the file.

Use Exit to exit the screen and return to the home page.

Exclude members flagged for 3rd-party marketing opt-out	Check this box if you want to exclude members flagged for 3rd-party marketing opt-out.
