Field Descriptions

Field Name	Description
Enter statement ID	Enter in the statement ID previously created from Tool #5059 Create CC Statement Work Files. To verify the correct Statement ID period, the From and To dates should match what was entered when creating the work file.
Printer selection	Select printer to send report to.
