This screen is the first of two used to configure the table of codes used by the 247 Lender decision model tool, which the credit union will see on various inquiry screen or lookup windows.

NOTE: This feature populates a file named CRBDNCD located in FILExx (where xx is the credit union ID). That means that any changes made here will affect only the codes used by this credit union. Should a credit bureau change its codes in the future, the same maintenance will need to be done in all credit union libraries.

CBCInnovis does not have its own denial codes. Instead CU*BASE will show the denial codes of your primary credit bureau. For this reason, do not configure denial codes for CBCInnovis. Learn more about Tri-Merge Credit Reports.
The file contains just the 2-character code and a free-form description, provided to us by the bureaus (or ZOOT).
