Appears after choosing a reason code or using Create" (F6) on the Credit Bureau Review/Deny Criteria screen.
This final screen lets you specify a 2-character alphanumeric code and free-form text to describe that code. Remember that this description will appear on various inquiry screens and reports where users view credit report decision information, so this should match the verbiage used by the credit bureau as much as possible.

BE CAREFUL: Although it is possible to change the actual code itself on this screen, it is not recommended as that may cause problems should you need to copy your changes to another bureau.
When done, use Save (F5) to save the changes and return to the previous screen.
