This screen is used to delete the mortgage statement flat file and clears the mortgage eStatement file.
To delete the Mortgage Statement file STMFLMTG, use Delete (F5). A confirmation screen will display. Use F16 to delete the files.

NOTE: Since it is possible to reproduce a statement run for any month for which you have EOM backup files, there is no reason to store old statement runs. Remember that if you do not clean these up, they do use a large amount of disk space and are included in your daily backups. We recommend you ALWAYS delete ALL previous statement files before doing a new statement run.
