Delete Statement Workfile/Delete CC Statement Files

This option deletes all of the work files created the last time you ran Tool #5216 Create CC Statement Work Files (or even other periods, if you haven’t done this step in a while).
A screen will display Statement ID Codes from previous months. To delete a statement ID, select the ID from the list and press Enter or click Continue. A final screen will display showing the details of the item that was deleted.
NOTE: Since it is possible to reproduce a statement run for any month for which you have EOM backup files, there is no reason to store old statement runs. Remember that if you do not clean these up, they do use a large amount of disk space and are included in your daily backups. We recommend you ALWAYS delete ALL previous statement files before doing a new statement run.
