Self processor credit unions can use this to adjust the interval by which e-Alert email messages are sent. By default the interval is 30 minutes, but these credit unions can select to queue and send these emails at intervals as small as 5 minutes. This affects the timing for both the email notification and “long email” options for all types of e-Alerts, including e-Notices.

NOTE: The online banking message is generated at the time of the event activating the eAlert; this only affects the associated emails.
