Use this screen to remove old, unused ATM and Debit cards that are stored in the PANCARD file. You can specify a BIN and can choose whether to purge cards flagged as “Hot” and/or “Closed” with a last-used date you specify.
It is highly recommended that you run and audit so you can run a test before doing the final purge. To do this do not check the “This is the final update…” checkbox to run the audit function. Once you are ready for the final purge, then check the box and the cards will be purged. Both ways a report will print. You will need to use F5-Confirm to confirm the running of the Audit or Final version.
IMPORTANT: This feature will NOT generate card maintenance to your vendor. It is intended to help you keep your own files cleaned up to make member inquiries easier.
