Return Report to Output Queue If Still in Queue

These steps explain how to put a report back into the output queue after viewing/printing it.

  • These steps are helpful in cases where connectivity to CU*Spy has been interrupted and you need to access a daily report outside of CU*Spy. After accessing the report, it's important to put the report back into the output queue so that it's available in CU*Spy once connectivity has been restored.

  • When the report has finished printing, you will still see it temporarily in the list on the Work with Output Queue screen. Follow the steps below to return the report to the output queue.

  1. Enter a '2' beside the report in the Option column on the Work with Output Queue screen.

  2. Enter OUTQ(NIGHTXX) or OUTQ(SAVEXX) in the Parameters for Options Send, Change, or Hold box at the bottom.

    • XX is your credit union ID.

    • Your entry depends on where you originally found the report.

  3. Click the forward arrow.
