The number of delinquent modified 1st mortgage real estate loans in the specified delinquency months.

Note: If all or a portion of these mortgage loans are not maintained in CU*BASE, include outside vendor delinquent loans.

The preferred method is to run the Delinquent Loan Analysis report and the appropriate quarter end date. This report gives the total loan delinquency balance by months, 1 to 2, 2 to 6, 6 to 12, and 12 & over Be sure to check the “Include 1-2 month call report term” box. Depending on how these loans are organized in CU*BASE, select by loan classification code, loan category, business unit, loan purpose, loan security or G/L.

The number of delinquent loans can also be obtained from the Collections Dashboard . Filter by loan category or business unit. Be sure to toggle to view the number of accounts.
