The total dollar amount of business share accounts.

The preferred method is to auto populate these account balances by dividend application or member G/L account.

If business share accounts are grouped by Membership Designation code, run Tool #487 Member Trial Balance Listing. Select by quarter end date.

Another report option if grouped by G/L account is Tool #489 Member TB Summary by GL Account. Select by quarter end date.
