The total amount of share draft (checking) accounts.

Note: Multiple dividend applications may need to be combined to create the total for this section.

NCUA clarification 12/2011: All overdrawn share account balances should be reported with All Other Unsecured Loans/Lines of Credit rather than reporting them as negative shares in this section.

The preferred method is to auto-populate this data by G/L or dividend application.

This can also be obtained from Tool #489 Member TB Summary by GL Account. Select by quarter end date. Use the ‘Total Balance’ branch total for the appropriate share draft GL(s).
