The number of loans granted year-to-date in this first mortgage real estate loan category.

This account code was deleted by the NCUA in March 2022.

If these loans are grouped by loan category code, Tool #552 New/Closed/All Accounts Dashboard can be used.  Select 1/1/YYYY to quarter end date  and the appropriate loan categories. View the number of records analyzed in the top right section.  

Another option is to run Tool #467 Loan Maturity Analysis Report. Choose to calculate the length of time to maturity from "open date" and filter using the code that correlates closest to this NCUA  loan grouping.  Use 181 to 999 months for the maturity range.  Enter the Loan open date period used for Call Report YTD totals of 01YYYY to  quarter end date.

Run Tool #554 New/Refinanced Loan History Report. Use disbursement date range 01/01/YYYY to end of quarter and filter the loans as appropriate.  Review the Summary Report for disbursement totals.

Another option is to run Tool #788 Selective Loan Information Report (Trial balance output) by quarter end date. On the Date Information tab, for ‘Opened’ enter 1/1/XX to quarter end date and filter the loans as appropriate.
