Access this screen by selecting the lookup next to "Credit bureau comments" on the Credit Bureau Reporting screen.

Use this screen to select the appropriate Credit Bureau Comment Code.  Then use Select to return to the Credit Bureau Reporting screen.

• NOTE: If you wish to enter a 2-character code, enter the first letter into the first field, and the second letter into the second field.
