Access this screen by selecting the lookup next to "Consumer information indicator" or "Compliance condition code" on the Credit Bureau Reporting screen.

Select Consumer Indicator

Use this screen to select the appropriate Credit Bureau Consumer indicator. Then use Select to return to the Credit Bureau Reporting screen.

This code is used report the member's bankruptcy status, or to change/remove a previously-reported bankruptcy status.
