You may access this screen when closing an escrow account.

Escrow accounts regulated by the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA).  It is the investor and/or lender's decision whether the borrower must maintain and escrow account for the purpose of paying taxes and other items.  Closing of the account should be in line with the Investor and/or lenders requirements and business practices.  If the proper review for compliance with Investor guidelines, regulation and credit union business piracies has been completed by the credit union press F16 to close the escrow account. 

This is only a warning and will not stop you from closing the membership. Use F8-Bypass to avoid closing the account.
