Access this screen when copying a delinquent tracker conversation to a co-signer.

Select the loan that is delinquent and that you want to copy the Tracker conversation to and press Enter. The conversation will be copied to the XX Tracker of the co-signer.

NOTE: If the co-signer is not a member, the Tracker conversation will not be copied because non-members do not have Trackers. If the co-signer is a closed account, the Tracker conversation will also not be copied.
