This window appears when you click the Lease Loan or Balloon Loan button on the Account Inquiry screen for a loan account.

This window displays information about lease and balloon loans. For balloon loans, the window will show the Amortization term and Estimated final payment from when the loan request was originally set up. (These values are stored for information only. You can adjust the values in these fields manually via Account Information Update, but no system process will update them.) 

If this loan is a lease loan, you may also view the residual value recorded on the loan.

When done, use Bypass(F8) to return to the previous screen.
