Access this screen by selecting Tool #483 Look Up an Email Address (Shortcut: email) (inquiry) or through many screens via "View Other Accts" (F15) (inquiry) or Tool #890 Update Email Addresses (maintenance).

Email management for members with multiple memberships can be tricky. Often times, when an email is updated for one membership, it is often overlooked and not updated for another. Depending on the entry, the view-only version will immediately list the affected memberships (if the email is known), or will allow you to enter an email address and find the matches, either exact or similar.

To use the screen which allows selection, enter a full email address and the Match Type of Exact OR Enter a part of an email address and the Match Type of Similar. Press Enter to view the memberships that have the selected email address associated with them.

If in Update mode, you will then be able to select a membership and the Edit email option to change the email addresses associated with the membership, one at a time. Each change will only change the email address for the selected membership.
