Access this screen by selecting Tool #1160 Shares Accruals Dashboard from the CU*BASE home page, then selecting Analysis (F16).

Field Descriptions

Field Name	Description
Day Averages
Accrued	The daily average of accruals for all DIVPALs in the date period selected.
Account Balance	The principal value, or total account balance, of all G/Ls selected.
Annualized Expense	The amount of dividend expected to be paid out for shares dividends, on average, for the year.
Interest Rate	The average rate of interest for all dividend payouts included in the selection period.
Days Accrued	The number of days in the accrual period.
GL Averages
Accrued	The day average accrued total divided by the number of unique G/L accounts generates the G/L average accrued.
Account balance	The daily average principal divided by the number of unique G/Ls
Annualized expense	The daily annualized value average divided number of unique G/Ls
Interest rate	This remains as the Average COF (cost of funds)/interest rate for the accrual payouts.
Unique G/Ls	The number of unique G/Ls that comprise the totals above.
Shares Averages
Accrued	Average accrual dollar amount per shares account per day.
Account Balance	Average balance per share account per day.
Annualized Expense	Value of the average amount being paid in dividends per DIVAPL per year.
Interest Rate	Average COF.
Dividend Applications Accrued	Number of shares DIVAPLs in the count.

Understanding Rankings

The Rankings columns give an analysis of the top G/L accounts by accrued amount, account balance, annualized exp, and interest rate, by the largest values. Select the spyglass to view the attached Dividend Applications associated with each G/L.
