Access this screen by selecting Payees by Subscriber (F12) on the main dashboard via Tool #1108 Bill Pay Subscriber Analysis (iPay).
Screen Overview
This screen lists the names of the iPay Bill Pay payees along with the number of subscribers configured to send them payments. You can use this screen to search for payees and view the common payees configured to receive bill pay payments.
Search Criteria
This screen includes a special search field, allowing you to search for payee names containing defined character strings while simultaneously excluding all payee names containing different defined character strings.
Next to "Search for name containing", there are three fields where you may input full/partial names to search for all payees whose names contain those characters. Next to "But not", there are three more fields where you may input full/partial names to exclude all records containing those characters from the search results.
For example, you can search for names containing "Smith" but not "John" to pull up a list of all payee names containing "Smith" while excluding all records containing both "Smith" and "John" within the name (ex. John Smith, Johnathon Smithson, Amy Smith-Johnson).
