Access this screen by selecting Tool #631: Print Auto/Mail Check Audit List.
Before printing the batch of auto-generated checks, an option is available that will produce a report showing all checks to be printed. This report is not only helpful for preparing for the check runs, but also provides a valuable checklist against which to verify each printed check as it is mailed.
This screen is used to print a report showing all of the auto-generated checks that are waiting to be printed and delivered to members. For any check type to be included on the report, place a checkmark in the List field; each will appear on its own page, with subtotals for each check type.
