Access this screen by selecting Tool #448 List Inactive Credit Cards.

This report lists credit card accounts with no activity for a specified number of months. It can be used to assist you in researching what accounts should be closed or members to whom you may wish to send a marketing piece to promote their use of their card. You choose the number of inactive months to define what will be a part of your report.

• To include closed cards in the report, uncheck Exclude close cards.

• Check the check box next to Export report to file to export the data for use with Member Connect or Report Builder (Query).
