Access this screen by selectingTool #448: List Inactive Credit Cards.
This report lists credit card accounts with no activity for a specified number of months. It can be used to assist you in researching what accounts should be closed, or members to whom you may wish to send a marketing piece to promote their use of their card. You choose the number of months inactive to define what will be a part of your report.

To include closed cards in the report, uncheck "Exclude close cards."

Check the check box next to Export report to File to export the data for use with Member Connect or CU*BASE Report Builder (Query).
