For FHMC, when a past due payment is made after mid-month settlement, the work file will calculate the amount of interest due and will advance the participation accrual month by one. This tool can be used to view the interest calculated for paid ahead FHMC payments. In addition, the LFMPAYAHDF table (file) will house the interest settlement amount for all Freddie Mac paid ahead loans.

Enter a Process date and an optional company code or investor on the entry screen and use Enter. The following report will print.

NOTE: This report only lists the interest on paid ahead (not regular) payments for Freddie Mac loans. Paid ahead payments are identified by Tran Code 22 and Tran Type 15 in the TRANS2 file
