Screen Overview
Use this screen to generate a report listing members who are enrolled in E-Statement and who have accepted the Online Banking Indemnification Agreement, those who are enrolled and have not accepted the agreement, or all enrolled members. Use the Export report to file option to use this data for use with Member Connect or Report Builder.

Use the Export feature available with this report to contact members enrolled in eStatements and tell them about other online banking options they may be interested in.

Show members with E-Statement Enrollment Date on or after mmddyyyy |
This is a required field. Select the date that determines which members will show on the report. Members enrolling in E-Statements on or after this date will appear on the report. |

Include Only members who have |
Select from three choices: Not accepted the usage agreement: Selecting this option will show members who were enrolled in E-Statements on or after the date selected in the previous field, but have not accepted the Online Usage Agreement. Accepted the use agreement: Selecting this option will show members who were enrolled in E-Statements on or after the date selected in the previous field, and also have accepted the Online Usage Agreement. Show all members: Selecting this option will show all members who were enrolled in E-Statements on or after the date selected in the previous field, regardless of whether they are have accepted the Online Usage Agreement. |

Check the check box next to Export report to File to export the data for use with Member Connect or CU*BASE Report Builder (Query). |
