Access this screen by selecting Tool #531: Mini-Contract Variable Rate Loans Report.

This screen lets you print a listing of the loan accounts that have been coded with a Group variable rate code that has the “Update by Loan Terms (Mini-Contract)” setting. This report is helpful for keeping track of the rate changes occurring with your mini-contract variable rate loans.
