Access this screen by selecting Tool #709: Quarterly Call Report Data Listing.

This report is a listing of the account codes and descriptions from the various sections of the Call Report software along with the corresponding data by requested quarter. Report data is displayed in the same order as the Call Report software.

Select the appropriate year and quarter for the Call Report listing. If that quarter data does not exist, you will receive an error message ‘Report not Available’.

Tip: For a quarterly report, select Period 3=1st quarter, Period 6=2nd quarter, Period 09=3rd quarter, Period 12=4th quarter.

Report Field Descriptions

Field	Description
Account	Account Code
Description	Account Code Description
Data	Data entered or auto-populated into the Call Report software
Maint By	Employee ID of the last person to maintain the field.
