Access this screen by selecting Tool #161: Audit Disabled/Inactive PIN/PWs Rpt.
As a companion to your dormancy monitoring, you can now monitor stale or expired online banking passwords using this report, which lets you specify a range of “last login dates” (for example, to include members who last logged in more than 90 days ago).
Select a beginning and end date and press Enter. The report lists the members in descending order from last logged in.
