Purging Closed Investments

Access this screen by selecting Tool #704: Purge Previous Year Closed Investments.

This screen is used to delete all records for investment items that were closed during a previous year. Listed will be all closed investments, showing the closed date and the book value as of the time they were closed.

Simply check the box in the Remove column for all of the items that should be purged, and use Remove Selected (F5)  to purge the selected items. The screen will refresh showing all remaining closed items. Choose another group of items, or use back arrow to return to the Home Page.
