Access this screen by selecting a Dividend Application and Priority on the previous screen.

Enter a number indicate the priority of this Dividend Application in the use of collecting a statement style fee.  Then use Enter to return to the previous screen.

 

The member will be charged the Selected Statement style fee in the manner covered in Option 2: Select Chase the Money covered in this topic.
