This screen displays your credit union's entry in the CU*Answers Customer Database. This database is used by Client Service Representatives as well as other CU*Answers personnel to keep track of important details about your credit union.
Some of the information from this database appears in the CU*BASE “Learn From a Peer” analysis dashboards. If you see anything that needs to be corrected, contact any Client Service Representative and we’ll be happy to update our records. (Note that for some LFP tools, data is only refreshed once a month near the beginning of the month, so you may not see the change immediately on those dashboards.)
