Access this screen by selectingTool #177:Business Unit Configuration (maintenance) or Tool #947: View Business Unit Configuration (inquiry).
Business units allows credit unions to focus on loans grouped by a specific purpose, such as mortgage loans. Credit union can assign the configured business units to selected categories and then filter for this grouping of categories by use of the business unit.
Using this feature simplifies analysis and day-to-day work since Business Unit is used as a filtering option for many lending reports and on Dashboards such as the Loan Queue and Activity Tracking dashboards.
On the entry screen, view, change or delete your credit union’s existing business units or select Add (F6) to add a new business unit.
