Access this screen by selectingTool #627: Prep Mortgage for Payoff Deposit.
This is the first screen used to access the “Prepare Loan for Payoff” screen which calculates the loan payoff amount for the current day. The screen allows you to make adjustments to interest due or delinquency fines, add miscellaneous fees and indicate what to do with the escrow funds.
Enter the loan account number and suffix. The amount member will be paying can be entered here but is not required. If you leave it blank, the system will calculate the payoff amount for you.
Press Enter to move to the second screen.
