Access this screen by selecting Tool #970: View Tool Control File: FOR PROGRAMMERS. A maintenance version of this tool is available only for internal CU*Answers tool database administrators.

This screen is used to view the CU*BASE tool database, including all programs, parameters, and maintenance information.

To search for a specific program or tool, use the search fields at the top of the screen, such as Edition or Category, or directly type the tool number in the search field.

Field Descriptions

Field Name	Description
Program	This column lists the program name that is "called" when a specific tool is selected. Some programs may include multiple tools, most often in a "maintenance" version and a "view" version. Some programs may also include multiple tools that have different parameters used to call different actions, such as the OUTQ tools.
Description	This column lists the description of the program as entered by the database administrator. This description may differ from the tool description.
Status	This column lists the status of the program. A = Active. This tool is actively being used within CUBASE. B = Beta. This tool is active in CUBASE as an "Active Beta" option. I = Inactive. This tool is currently unused. T = Testing. These tools are currently in a testing mode with the CUAnswers Quality Control teams, are not visible to CUBASE users in the Production environment.
Custom	An asterisk in this column indicates that the tool is a Custom tool, only available for certain credit unions.
Created	The date that the program entry was created in the database.
Last Maintained Date/User	These fields show the last maintained date and the user who made the change. These IDs belong to the CU*Answers internal database administrators ONLY.
