Terminology: "Library"

A Library (referred to as “Location” on most Report Builder screens) is a storage location for tables (files), similar to a file cabinet. A library can also store custom reports that you create and save.

For CU*BASE users, the library names to be used are as follows (in place of the xx, substitute your credit union's two-character CUID):

Custom Reports and Inquiries: QUERYxx

Current Data Tables (Files): FILExx

Month-End Data Tables (Files): FILExxE

CU*BASE security ensures that a credit union is only able to access its own libraries and tables (files).
