After selecting a profile on the previous screen and selecting Copy, this option allows users to copy settings from one employee to another.

To do so, click the Select button then choose one or more data center employee IDs to which you wish to copy settings (hold the Ctrl key as you select multiple IDs).

Then, select one of the two methods and use Enter to process, and Add/Update to confirm:

• Replace all existing assignments/settings with copied ones will completely replace all tool assignments already assigned to the selected data center employee ID(s).

• Merge in new assignments/settings only, leave existing as is will only add assignments that are not currently existing on the profile.
