Access this screen by selecting F6-Create Seg Def on the Loan Risk Score Summary screen.

Use this screen to assign a segment ID to your loan segment. This saves the filters and allows you take snapshots of the segment on different dates to compare on the final comparison screen. While on the entry screen, you will be able to select this segment name to repopulate your filter screen with these selections.

Also optionally enter limits for the following items. These items are compared on the final screen.

Once you have named your segment and assigned optional limits, use F5-Create to create the segment.

Field Descriptions

Field	Description
Segment ID	Enter the name of your segment in this field.
Net worth	This is pre-populated with the net worth you entered in the initial filter screen.
Average LTV%	Enter an average loan-to-value percentage to compare against.
Average credit score	Enter and average credit score to compare against.
Months to maturity	Enter an average months to maturity to compare against.
Delinquent %	This refers to the percentage of the total loans which are at least 60 months delinquent. Select a percentage to compare.
Total current balance	Enter a total current balance figure to compare.
CU owned %	This refers to the percentage of the loan which is owned by the credit union, as opposed to being owned by an investor. Enter a desired percentage.
Average rate	Enter an average rate to compare.
Delinquent number	Enter a count of loans (at least 60 days delinquent) to compare.
