Access this screen by selecting Copy (F6) on the Comments screen.

This screen allows you to append a comment to another year. Select the year to copy to.  This will default to the next year.  Use Confirm Copy (F12) to complete the copy.  

If this year already has a comment, you will be asked if you want to Append (A) the comment or Replace (R) the comment.  Make your selection and use Confirm Copy (F12).
