Audio/Home Banking Message
This screen appears when creating or modifying a Member Comment Type 7 (Audio/PC Banking message) from the initial Member Comment screen.
This screen is used to choose from one of 22 standard messages that can be delivered to the member via both CU*TALK Audio Response and It's Me 247 online banking. Select the desired message ID (01 through 22) and use Select or Enter to proceed to the final screen.
You may also select a special message # of “99-Online Banking” to enter a longer, custom-defined message to be delivered via online banking only. Choose item 99 in the list and use Select or Enter to proceed to the Online Banking Message Text screen.
