This window appears when you use History (F16) on the Certificate Rate Inquiry screens.  (This screen is used for Share Rate History).

This window displays a history of all rate changes that have been put into effect for the selected product, including the date the rate was implemented, and the old rate that was in place prior to the change.

When done, use Backup (F3) to return to the previous screen.
