Screen Overview

This screen is used to see all of the member's tax information in one place. All account bases and suffixes for the same Social Security or Tax ID number will be listed together.

Enter a tax ID number (SSN or EIN) and the tax year you would like to view. (Remember that the tax file is created on January 1 for the previous year; therefore 2000 data cannot be viewed until after January 1, 2001, etc.) Select to view either an Individual or Organizational account.

An asterisk (*) next to a dividend indicates that this amount is not included in the total dividends. These accounts are share or certificate IRAs and are not reported on the 1099 form.

  • IMPORTANT: Regular 1099 forms are printed only where dividends are $10.00 or more for the SSN. Regular 1098 forms are printed only where mortgage interest is $600.00 or more for an individual loan account.

NOTE: Savings Bonds (F12) can be used to view any savings bond redemption activity that has been recorded under this Social Security number this year.

To see a detailed breakdown of tax information by individual account number, use the Member Tax Information - Acct # option.
