Dashboard Tips – Questions to Ask When Comparing a Dashboard with Another Dashboard or Report

View the Count, Total Balance, Average Balance, # Closed, # Active and Average Balance of members accounts by

  • Savings

  • Checking

  • IRA

  • Certificates

  • Loans

  • Loans that are written-off

  • Lines of Credit/Credit Cards

  • Lines of Credit/Credit Cards that are written off

  • Total balances

(NOTE: This data will be EOM data if EOM files are selected on the source screen. Otherwise this is current data.)

Use Index to return to the Index selection screen. Press Enter to move to the next Analysis Dashboard.

NOTE: The Records Analyzed figures in the upper right corner indicate the number of accounts that fit the criteria entered in the selection screen.  

  • Average Tiered Service score of the selected membership.

  • Average risk score for the member (based on credit report).  

    • NOTE:  This does not include zero credit scores or credit scores greater than 899.  This is based on the score associated with the loan origination and may not be the most recent score collected for the member, for example if the member later applied for another loan.

  • Disbursement limit (disbursement limit of all of the loans of the member who opened the account you selected)

  • Information on the balances of all of the accounts held by the selected memberships.
