Access this screen by selecting Analysis (F16) from the Online Banking Optics dashboard.
From this screen you can review five separate Top 5 analysis categories,
Top 5 Hours for Usage
This category will list the top hours that generated the most events, along with counts and percent of the total, plus a total number of events from all hours (a subtotal of the remaining hours will be presented as well).
Top 5 Dates for Usage
This category will list the top dates of the previous month that generated events, along with counts, percentage of total, and a total number from all dates (a subtotal of the remaining dates will also be presented).
Top OLB Downloads
This category will list the top downloads from online banking, such as .QIF, .OFX, .QFX, and .CSV, along with the counts and percentage share.
Day-of-Week Average
This category will list each day of the week, and provide the average number of events for all of those days of the week for the previous month, as well as percentage share and average number of events for all days.
Top Applications
This category lists the event counts and percentage share for each application that applies to your credit union (It's Me 247 mobile, It's Me 247 desktop, BizLink 247).
