Access this screen by selecting Tool #1975 Identify Mbrs Close to Next Tier Lvl.

This analysis can be used as a means to strengthen the credit union's relationship with the member. This dashboard identifies members that are close to the next Tiered Service level, and as a result they could receive additional benefits from the credit union. For example, Free Checks, Waived Fees, etc. Use this analysis to leverage this information to find out who these members are and reach out to them using Member Connect to help them get to the next level.

Advancement

These fields list the configured Tiered Service levels for your credit union. Review your Tiered Service configuration information via Tool #853 Tiered Service Level Configuration.

Select any level and use the Exports/Common Bonds link to view these members in a file, or any additional Common Bonds analysis.

Mbrs Within 10 Pts

This column shows you how many members you have within 10 points of the next Tiered Service level.

%

This column shows the percentage of members within the listed Tiered Service group that are within 10 points of the next level.

Factors to Get 10 More Pts for Mbrs

This column lists factors configured by your credit union that are assigned 10 points, as well as items that are more than 10 but will also boost your member to the next level.

Points

This column lists how many points each factor is assigned.
