Access this screen by selecting Tool #641: Print Dealer Member Delinquency.
This report shows the delinquency status of any loans which have been linked to a dealer number. Use the optional parameters on this screen if you wish to define which dealer loans should print, or if you want to see only loans which have been delinquent a certain amount of time. When ready, use Enter to produce the report.

The report will NOT include any written off loan accounts.

NOTE: This report includes a breakout total by dealer in the current balance column. Additionally, there are Grand Total amounts for the Current Balance and Delinquent Balance columns.

Process Date |
Select the month and year of the data on your report. This allows you to select a prior month’s data. |

Dealer # |
If you wish to print delinquency statistics for only one dealer, enter the Dealer Number here. Leave the field blank to include all dealers. |

Corp ID |
If you wish to include dealers for only one corporation, enter the Corporation ID here. Leave the field blank to include all corporations. |
|
Dealer type |
If you wish to see only those loans configured with either an “A” or “B” in the Dealer Type field, enter either code here. Leave the field blank to see all loans, regardless of the dealer type code. For example, if your credit union uses Dealer Type code “A” to indicate loans and “B” to indicate leases, use “B” here to see only leases on the printed report. SEE ALSO: Configuring Dealers |

If you wish to only include loans which have been delinquent for a specific range of days, enter that range in the fields provided. |

Export to File |
Use “Export to file” go to the screen where you can choose to create a file that lets you use Member Connect to communicate instantly with these members via email and online banking messages, set up a marketing outreach via mailing labels and selective statement inserts, and track the responses via a telemarketing Tracker. This file will contain account base only. Or choose to export more data to use with CU*BASE Report Builder. |
