Access this screen by selecting Print (F14) from the PIN/Password Member History Inquiry screen.
This screen prints a report containing data about PIN and password changes. The report contains only data that fits the selection criteria made on the previous screen. Chose to print either a Detail Report listing information detailed information by individual accounts or a Summary Report with a more consolidated listing. The Detail report totals of the data of the report. Your selection criteria will print at the top of the first page of the report.
