Select Various Items

Access this screen by selecting a Select button on various screens.

If you access this screen from the General Ledger Inquiry, you may only select one G/L. (Accounts that are suspended will have an asterisk in the Suspended column.)

Sort each column by clicking the column header.  These options are not available via all access points.

• Use “Jump to descriptions starting with” to advance the listing to the item beginning with these letters.

• Use "Jump to code starting with" to enter a specific G/L account or code to advance down the listing to that account.

• Use “Search for description containing” to filter the list to include only items including this text.

You may need to use the up and down arrow to view all previously selected items.  

This screen allows you to make a selection.

• To select one item, select the item and use Select to return to the previous screen.

• To select multiple items on this screen hold down the Ctrl key and use the mouse to select all the items (continuing to hold down the Ctrl key.  Release the Ctrl key and then us the Select key to return to the previous screen.

• To select all items, use Select All (F9) and then Select to return to the previous screen with all items selected

This screen allows you to deselect items.

• To remove a selection on this screen, click on that selection while holding down the Ctrl key.  If you make a selection without holding down the Ctrl key, all previously selected items will be de-selected only that item (that you just selected) will be selected.  Then select Select to return to the previous screen.

• To deselect all items use Unselect All (F10).  You may then select items (see above) or use Select to return to the previous screen with no items selected.
