Access this screen by selecting Close (F5) from the previous close membership screen.
What are the possible messages that will appear during the close account/membership process?
If you are closing a membership, this screen shows the reasons why this membership cannot be closed, as well as the reasons why each individual sub-account under that membership cannot be closed. (The Type indicates which sub account each item belongs to – no Type indicates that it is a membership close issue).
Each item must be resolved before the membership can be closed.

TIP: Open a second CU*BASE session, and work to resolve the issues in this session. Then use the original session as a “checklist.” After each issue is resolved, press Enter to refresh the reason list.
