Screen Overview

This screen is used to record information about a credit card account. If your credit union does not have a custom automated upload process to update member OTB data, account information must be manually maintained. When done, use Enter to save changes and return to the previous screen.

If your credit union receives data via transmission to update your credit card accounts, some of the fields on this screen will be protected so that changes cannot be made. If you have set up balance transfers to make payments on this account,a Balance Trans Overrides button will appear to allow you to make changes to certain balance transfer settings for this card.   Refer to the Tracking "Off Trial Balance" (OTB) Products with CU*BASE booklet for important details.

All dates are entered MMDDCCYY (no dashes or slashes) unless otherwise noted. All dollar amounts contain two decimal digits (i.e., 500000 = $5,000.00).

If data is entered into the Days Delinquent and Amount Delinquent fields, this account will appear among the delinquent loan accounts in your Collections monitoring system.
