CU*BASE Query: Q-GL Balance File (GLBALA)

This Query is used to view information contained in the CU*BASE “GLBALA” file. This file stores month-end balances for every General Ledger account.

Records will be sorted and grouped by G/L account number, with each group sorted in order by posted year and month. After each group, the system will show a total and count for all entries within that group, with grand totals at the bottom of the report.

The following fields will be displayed in this Query:

Corporate ID
GL Account Number
Post Year, Post Month
Branch Number
Net Change
End of Period Balance
Post Type Indicator (Regular/Budget/Year-End Close)
